Hi, everyone, my name is Tina. I joined the team here in 2022 as the Finance Manager. I’m thrilled to be a part of the team and offer my skill set to an exceptional community organization. I look forward to meeting and greeting community members, volunteers, Bigs, and Littles as they visit the office.

In my spare time, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors, spending time with my family and of course my two goldens Jasper and Gibson.

Hello all! My name is Tina and I am new to the Big Brothers Big Sisters Team starting in August 2022. My position is Fundraising Coordinator. You will see me as soon as you enter our office because part of my job includes renewing your Big Bucks numbers and selling Travelotto tickets to hopefully make some of your dreams come true and raise the funds to support the BBBS Colchester program.

My passion is my children! I am a mom to two teens and step-mom to three young adults. I love attending my daughter’s performances, most recently she was Ruth Condomine in Blythe Spirit at the Marigold. My son plays hockey for the West Colchester Cobras and winter is spent in the many local arenas with our “hockey family!”

Hello everyone, I’m Sallie. I am the Program Manager here at BBBS Colchester. I’ve been with the agency since 2009. My role involves leading the Service Delivery team here at our agency, guiding, training and inspiring program staff, forming community partnerships, as well as managing some matches myself. What I enjoy most about my work is seeing the life-changing relationships that grow between mentors and young people-it’s very special to be a part of.

Outside of the office, I love to paint and create, watch documentaries, cheer on the New England Patriots, hang out with my partner Aiden, and spoil our dog Ivy and two cats, Harold and Willa.

Hi all! My name is Ashlee. I’m a Mentoring Coordinator with the Big’s and Little’s program here at BBBS. I’ve been in my role at BBBS since August 2018. Just like Sallie, I screen and train volunteers, get to know the little’s and their families, along with make and support matches. What I enjoy most about my job is how rewarding it is. Seeing the smiles on the Big’s and Little’s faces and hearing their stories is so heartwarming!

I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work degree through the University of Calgary. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our son, and spoiling our dog Red. There’s never a dull moment in my house!

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I joined the BBBS Colchester team in April 2022 as the Site-Based Mentoring Coordinator after finishing a BSc in Psychology (Honours) at MSVU. Like the other mentoring coordinators, I screen and train volunteers and mentees – all within the peer mentoring and in-school mentoring programs. I feel grateful to support healthy development in kids. Plus, I love that hanging out with them gives me an excuse to have fun!

Besides working for BBBS, I am a trained dance teacher, occasional singer/songwriter, lover of the outdoors and gardening, and a pet mom to a dog and a cat.

Hey Folks, I’m Chris.  I joined the BBBS Colchester team as Social Enterprise Manager in April 2022.

My role consists of overseeing Fundy Scoops (my favorite treat in town), and mentoring some of the amazing youth who keep the ice cream flowing and our guests smiling!  My goal is to give each of these fine young folks a great place to learn about the workforce while providing a great place to work and grow.

Before joining BBBS Colchester, I spent 25+ years managing in the restaurant and retail sectors, but never in a place as exciting as this!

When I’m not working you can find me on the soccer fields with my son, at various dance venues with my daughter, or making a mess in my woodworking shop.
